Medical insurance covers visits for patients with medical conditions such as dry eye, diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, eye infections, itchy eyes, allergies, and more.

• Please bring your medical insurance card, your ID, and any eyeglasses or contact lenses that you currently use.
• If you wear contact lenses, you may come in wearing your lenses. It is also very helpful to bring your contact lens boxes or a pair of unopened lenses, as this better enables the doctor to solve any issues you may be having with your current lenses.
